How would you describe yourself or your organization in three words?
Creative, motivational & fun
Briefly describe an experience you've had with the arts or humanities that was impactful.
A group of women sat on the porch of Chase state museum and had dinner, listened to music and talked about their journeys in life and talked about what motivated them, while I painted their conversation on a piano. Their stories of triumph, endurance and Hope inspired me so much that I wanted to paint it on a piano. My favorite part about the arts is the people that I meet! The piano is on the porch of Chase State Museum.
What's the best piece of advice you've ever received?
"Why not?! Go for it girl"
Finally, is there anything else you'd like our members to know? (surprising talents, interesting facts, important causes, favorite songs, etc.)
People inspire me, I paint conversations that I have with them onto a canvas. I use my arm as a palette to paint. I sleep with my spraypaint cans. I use make up brushes as my paint brushes. Favorite song: "I wanna dance with somebody" - Whitney Houston.
