In 2015, SHIFT merged with the Utah Film Center, becoming an integral part of Utah Film Center's expanding educational programming.

Through workshops, SHIFT trains educators how to harness the transformative potential of filmmaking to improve teaching practice, stimulate classroom climate and student engagement, and ultimately, increase student achievement.

The above video, The Bullied Kids by Stevie Dartrell, was created by students from Murray High School using teachings from SHIFT.
