  • Anitbalas

It's hard to believe that more than twenty years have passed since Antibalas's humble beginning as a neighborhood dance / protest band in the block parties and underground parties in pre-gentrified Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Over the past two decades they have evolved into what The Guardian called "one of the world's finest Afrobeat bands" while enjoying equal renown for their cross-genre collaborations with legends of popular music. With a heavy balance of experience and new blood, the group leaps into 2020 with their new Daptone Records full-length "Fu Chronicles."

  • The Delfonics

The quintessential Philadelphia soul singing group with notable hits "La-La", "Didn't I" & "Break Your Promise" Featuring original singer William "Poogie" Hart!

The Delfonics were the quintessential Philadelphia soul singing group, most popular in the late 1960s and early 1970s. Brothers William and Wilbert Hart formed the group with Richard Daniels, and Randy (Rudy) Cain in high school in the early 1960s. Richard Daniels one of the founding members would be drafted just before the groups first major success. Soon, they became known throughout the Philadelphia area, signing with Cameo Records. At Cameo, Stan Watson introduced them to the man who made them famous, producer Thom Bell, then working with Chubby Checker. Bell dreamed of creating a Philadelphia version of Motown and struck gold with the Delfonics, whose first album, released on Watson's own Philly Groove record label, featured the hit "La-La (Means I Love You)", in 1968. Four more Bell-produced albums appeared in the next few years: The Sexy Sound of Soul, The Delfonics Super Hits, The Delfonics and Tell Me This Is a Dream. Among the Delfonics' popular hits were "Didn't I (Blow Your Mind This Time)", "For the Love I Give to You", "Ready or Not Here I Come (Can't Hide from Love)" and "Hey Love". Prior to the release of "La-La (Means I Love You)", they had a hit with "He Don't Really Love You" on the small Moonshot label.

  • Ritt Momney w/ Michael Barrow & the Tourists

    Cache Concert Series

The Cache and Aggie Radio 92.3 KBLU present Ritt Momney Michael Barrow & The Tourists As part of the 2019-2020 Cache Concert Series, created for you. Doors open at 7:00pm / All ages / $12 online. $15 at the door Ritt Momney is the solo project of 19-year-old Salt Lake City native Jack Rutter. Beginning as an indie rock band comprised of high school friends, the project became a personal outlet for Rutter after his bandmates left on missions and his girlfriend left for college. In his bedroom, he began writing, recording, and producing his upcoming debut LP, entitled “Her and All of My Friends,” in which Rutter grapples with loss, loneliness, and a drift away from what he knew. A live Ritt show features Rutter, Jonas Torgersen, Noah Hamula, and Sam Olson. Michael Barrow (Vocals, Guitar), Trevor Harmon (Electric Guitar), Alessandro Improta (Bass), Reed Perkins (Drums), and Zach Collier (Keys) got together in the spring of 2016 in Provo, UT. Rallying around the expressive lyrics and rich vocals of Barrow, they began to inject John Mayer esque guitar lines and warm textures into Barrow’s brand of narrative folk.
