Meet|Up - Electric Theater Center

After enjoying Buddy: The Buddy Holly Story, join Utah Cultural Alliance (UCA) and your southern Utah colleagues on Friday, August 12 at 10 AM MT at the Electric Theater Center in St. George to learn about what UCA offers the cultural industry. UCA staff will open with a 20-minute presentation covering three areas:

  • New data findings prepared by the National Endowment for the Arts (NEA) and UCA on the cultural industry’s impact nationwide, statewide, and within Washington County
  • Information and data on how NowPlayingUtah.com can serve cultural organizations and effectively bring new audiences to events
  • Information on the benefits of UCA Membership and how to join

Afterward, there will be a 10-minute Q&A session where attendees can ask any questions they have and potentially provide feedback on what UCA can do further to amplify and support cultural organizations in southern Utah.

Lastly, attendees can participate in a small 30-minute reception in the Electric Theater lobby to speak to UCA staff one-on-one and build relationships with colleagues.

This event is open to anyone and free to attend. If you are not yet a UCA Member come and learn more about member benefits.
