The number of vaccines administered is increasing and the COVID-19 case count is dropping and while restrictions are lessening we are not quite through the pandemic yet. Over the past year, we have spent a lot of time talking about how your organization navigates the pandemic but for this conversation, we will focus on navigating the current phase of the pandemic as a human. What is currently bringing you joy? What are you struggling with? What have you started during the past year that you want to keep doing?
