Join us for the Moab Music Festival's 27th season of "music in concert with the landscape," August 26-September 12, 2019, featuring world-class performances of chamber, jazz, Latin and traditional music.
The 27th Moab Music Festival season will present over 20 programs at various indoor and outdoor venues around Grand County, including: ten public concerts, five benefit concerts, one free family concert, five music assembly programs, and two multi-day musical raft trips. Performances will feature renowned and diverse artists like father-daughter duo Sergio and Clarice Assad, big band Kim Hawkey & Elvanelle, the Pedro Giraudo Tango Quartet, an ode to American jazz trumpeter Bix Beiderbecke, and a closing-night semi-staged production of L'histoire du Soldat. As always, classically trained musicians like Cynthia Phelps, LP How, Harumi Rhodes, Kristin Lee, Peter Dugan and Charles Yang will bring significant talent to the Festival’s signature chamber ensemble performances.
