When women gather, magic happens. To be truly held and seen by sisters is a gift we can't actually fathom exactly how much it actually does for us on an emotional, psychological, physiological and spiritual level. Join me and other women as we connect back to our intrinsic nature of intuition, emotion and dynamic movement. In these classes we'll examine different themes to explore experiences, narratives and deeply held beliefs all stored in the body, and how to both talk and listen to these parts of ourselves. We'll utilize elements of yoga, dance, sharing and sensual movement to connect back to the wisdom of our bodies and each other. Your body wants to remind you that you are Wise, Wild, and Free.
