Danny has recently been diagnosed with a terminal illness that causes him to hallucinate two dead Frenchmen, Maxamillian Robespierre and Jean Paul Marat, who don't want Danny to find respite in his last days, but would rather have him write a letter to the Pope, begging the Pope to canonize their sorry French asses.
