The U Opera performances of Rigoletto, originally scheduled for April 17-18, have been cancelled.
In response to domestic coronavirus developments, the University of Utah is cancelling gatherings of 100 people or more and moving to on line course delivery for students, effective now through the end of the spring term in April. As a result, the U Opera performances of Rigoletto, originally scheduled for April 17-18, have been cancelled. As cancellations of performances and gatherings become more widespread in the wake of COVID-19, the financial impact on artists and presenters around the world is becoming a harsh reality. Please consider donating your ticket(s) as a tax-deductible gift to the School of Music to support their mission during this difficult time. To request a refund or to donate your tickets, call the box office at 801-581-7100. Requests for refunds must be received by March 31, 2020.
