Snow College Wind Symphony / Symphonic Band presents

On October 19, 2021, the Snow College Wind Symphony and Symphonic Band, under the direction of Dr. David Fullmer, present "RHAPSODY" at 7:30pm in the Eccles Concert Hall at the Horne School of Music. A rhapsody is defined as an effusively enthusiastic or ecstatic expression of feeling featuring a range of highly contrasted moods, color, tonality, and spontaneous inspiration. The concert features some of the greatest orchestral and choral transcriptions for the modern wind band including works by Saint-Saens, Whitaker, Shostakovich, Wagner and of course George Gershwin's iconic Rhapsody in Blue featuring Snow College's own Dr. Trent Hanna, Professor of Theory & Composition as Guest Piano Artist.
