The Quarantine Concert Series April 17th and 18th will be broadcast Live online to raise money for MusiCares. Utah bands and members of national groups will perform from 6 pm to midnight (MST). A unique addition will be interviews with some musicians from their homes that will air over the two-day music celebration. https://qconcertseries.com/ The isolation and boredom of quarantine lead Gary Robison, Executive Producer, to realize he needed a change. "I need to hear some music to change my attitude. Reading Facebook posts and watching the news just made me depressed. "After watching endless Amazon movies, I need something else. Something that only music can provide," Robison said. Robison has partnered with the MusiCares Charity, which is part of the Grammy's mission to provide a safety net of critical assistance for music people in times of need. MusiCares' services and resources cover a wide range of financial, medical, and personal emergencies. Friday, April 17, will feature Rock bands. Saturday, April 18, will focus on Country musicians. Performers include Matt Scannell of Vertical Horizon, James Otto, Troubadour 77, Ofi, Suit Up, Soldier, Tom Yankton formally of Rascal Flatts, Charley Jenkins, Nathan Osmond, Truman Brothers, and others. For those looking for a VIP Experience, they can sign in to http://RAVE.com to have virtual Meet & Greets with the musicians. Robison has extensive experience with events, including MusicCon SLC, Made in Utah Music Foundation Concerts, The Music Lodge, and the Sundance Film Festival. He has been the road manager for Fabian Forte and Ice House.
