Photography by Tyson Kennemer • Exhibit runs from Dec 5, 2022 to Jan 14, 2023. <strong>ARTIST STATEMENT</strong> "To experience is to understand," and for over 25 years I have been interpreting the world around me through my photography. The intention of my art stays the same, whether it's an image of a surreal moment or an elusive abstract, I hope to spark thoughts and feelings that inspire alternative views of the world. What started with a high school class in California has led me to many galleries and awards along the West Coast and now in Utah. Behind each of my pictures is a thought, emotion, or story. I take pride in never staging or manipulating my photos, preserving everything as found, and leaving no footprint. By using reflections, angles, depth, and camera settings to capture my vision, life's unnoticed facets are revitalized. With this show, I hope to inspire thought and expand your views, as I invite you to experience my "Perspective.”
