How have the arts, culture, and/or humanities impacted your life?
Answer: I've served as the volunteer Vice-Chair of Theatre and Music for the Lehi Arts Council for the past ten years. I'm also a member of the Board. I've directed or assisted with nearly two dozen community theater productions. I've either produced or directed six elementary school plays with double-casts as high as 160 kids. I've produced or assisted with five visual arts gallery shows. I currently serve as the Lehi City Council Arts Liaison. I'm incredibly dedicated to the Arts in my community.

Answer: Lehi rejected a RAP tax some years ago. Many cited a lack of specificity regarding how it would be spent as a reason for their "no" vote. There is strong support for the arts, but there were fears that only recreation would be funded through a RAP. Any future efforts would HAVE to contain a well-defined commitment for dedicating a third of the proceeds to the arts in order for me to support it.
