In local Happenings Utah native, Fullbright Scholar, Yale PhD candidate and pianist Jade Conlee presents an afternoon of works for solo piano including Elliott Carter's monumental Night Fantasies and Beethoven's Opus 110.

And Finally the VU Electronic Music Symposium in Park City Utah. This annual event is an all day electronic music extravaganza.  It is free and open to the public on Tuesday July 18th at the Jim Santy Auditorium, Park City Library, 1255 Park Ave, Park City, UT 84060. This event is put on by Clarinetist Katie Porter and Composer/Percussionist Devin Maxwell. Hear works by visiting composer/performers from all corners of the globe.
