View Text-only Version | View Web Version 2016 State Legislative Roundup I'm pleased to share NASAA's 2016 State Legislative Roundup, which highlights more than 60 bills considered by state legislatures this year that are pertinent to state arts agencies and their constituencies.     NASAA curated this cross-section of legislation after reviewing 250 individual bills introduced during the 2016 legislative season. The roundup features bills—that were enacted, failed or are still under consideration—with policy provisions that either could strengthen the arts or inhibit support for them.
