To celebrate bringing the world of film to Utah for 15 years, we decided to turn the programming over to you for an audience-selected retrospective! All Tuesday night screenings in August at The City Library will feature films selected by you, our members and attendees.

Few Spots Remain for our 2017 Tumbleweeds Field Trips

Utah Film Center is pleased to offer free Tumbleweeds Festival Field Trips this September to grades 5-12 in conjunction with the 2017 Tumbleweeds Film Festival (Sept 22-24)! We will be presenting multiple screenings in West Jordan and Salt Lake City of the documentary The Mars Generationwhich premiered at the 2017 Sundance Film FestivalThe film’s director, Michael Barnett, will lead a Q&A after each screening and all participating teachers will receive a study guide packet.
