Registration
Registration for UCA educational programs, including Lunch & Learn sessions and other events, is subject to availability. Payment of applicable fees constitutes acceptance of these terms.
Cancellation Policy
Participant cancellations must be received at least 48 hours before the event for a full refund
UCA reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events due to insufficient enrollment or other circumstances
In case of UCA cancellation, registered participants will receive a full refund
Code of Conduct
Participants in UCA programs agree to maintain professional behavior and respect for all attendees, speakers, and staff. UCA reserves the right to remove any participant who violates this code of conduct without refund.
8. DONATIONS
All donations made through our website are final and non-refundable except as required by law. Tax receipts will be provided for donations as allowed under IRS regulations for 501(c)(3) organizations.
9. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Utah Cultural Alliance. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
