Job Description • Oversee operation and management of national tours • Negotiate and contract Theatrical Entertainment in the US and Canada • Prepare weekly and end of tour P/L statements, including continual analysis of budgets to keep tours at a profit or to minimize losses • Prepare production and operating budgets, including recoupment projections • Ensure production and operating budgets are met and maintained • Approve all routing and offers with booking agents • Oversee riders and contract fulfillment in all cities • Hire and manage touring personnel, per tour • Work with buildings regarding local staffing needs for production • Negotiate and contract building agreements • Prepare and execute show settlements • Prepare and process weekly payroll • Liaison between Producers and Artist • Create reports for analysis and tracking of sales • Knowledge of all union rules and regulations, including negotiation • Ensure Company satisfaction in areas of touring What’s so great about Utah?
