Answer: I recently read an article that pupils who study music get better grades than their peers: https://www.studyfinds.org/students-who-play-instrument-take-music-classes-have-better-grades/ I support the RAPZ tax because I think it's important for kids to be well rounded, to have exposure to new ideas and experiences, and learn how to express themselves verbally and non-verbally.
