Teachers Resource: 17th – 20th Century Japanese Downloadable Art

Teachers: we discovered this cool resource you may find valuable. The Library of Congress has made a beautiful historical collection of Japanese art available for download. The Library's Prints and Photographs Division houses more than 2,500 woodblock prints and drawings by Japanese artists of the 17th through early 20th centuries. Click here to explore these exquisite examples of visual storytelling.

Along those lines, we also found a customizable title sequence done in traditional Japanese watercolor/block that anyone could use (for $20) in their next film. Check it out here!
