A weekly, virtual group for older adults exploring different art forms.

Did you know that people who engage in the arts have better holistic health? Research shows that creatively engaged people have fewer doctor visits, take less medicine, have better responses on mental health measures and are more involved in overall activities. That’s why Jewish Family Service provides the Exploring Creativity group. In this group, we introduce and participate in a different form of art each month. As a group, we take time to discuss the deeper understandings that each art experience can bring. If you are in the second half of life, are looking to improve your physical and emotional well-being, and are willing to try something new, this group is for you! We meet every 3rd Wednesday, via Zoom, from 10:30 – 11:30 am. No experience is necessary and there is NO COST!
