The familiar, yet timeless story of a young girl who, when her beloved father dies, is left in the clutches of a cruel stepmother who favors her own two daughters and treats Cinderella as a lowly servant.  Cinderella, inwardly wishing to find love, dreams of attending a ball that is being hosted by the local Prince, whose intention is to find a bride among the guests.  Her fairy godmother comes to her aid in making it possible for her to attend.  Though there are frustrating circumstances that arise, a romantic, fairy-tale ending is finally reached. This is a new Broadway adaptation of Rodgers and Hammerstein’s classic musical.  Some characters have been added or adapted to make this a thoroughly delightful, enchanting experience for cast and audience alike. Included in the magical score are “In My Own Little Corner,”  “Impossible/It's Possible” and “Ten Minutes Ago,” with an upbeat, hilarious, romantic script.
