UCA currently has a total of 70 active members:

- 48 Organizational Members (nonprofits, businesses, libraries, government)
- 22 Culture Club Individual Supporters
• 15 in the $10/month tier
• 4 in the $40/month tier
• 3 in the $100/month tie

Current Membership Program

Organizational Memberships:

- Nonprofits: Dues based on budget
• Under $5M: 0.05% of budget
• Over $5M: 0.025% of budget
- For-profits: $500 minimum, based on employee count
- Libraries: $50 minimum, based on FTE
- Government: Averaged nonprofit/for-profit rate

Benefits include:

- Grants database access
- Advocacy updates and training
- 10% NPU advertising discount
- Culture Connect discounts
- Event and training access

Culture Club (Individual Membership):

- Monthly giving tiers: $10, $40, $100
- Recognition and updates
- Previously included Culture Club events (currently paused)

Recommended Revisions

Simplify to two membership types for clarity and growth:

1. Culture Club (Individual)
– $10/month or $100/year

- Monthly virtual events (training, artist talks)
- UCA Insider newsletter
- Early access to UCA programs
- Recognition as a supporter

2. Organizational Membership
(Nonprofit & For-Profit)

- Nonprofits: Keep budget-based dues
- For-profits: $500/year base + $50 per employee

Includes all Culture Club benefits, plus:
- 20% NPU advertising discount
- One free NPU email feature with ad (nonprofits only)
- Grants database access
- Advocacy Bulletin
- Training & event discounts
- Policy briefings and sector data inclusion
