"Music of Hope and Inspiration" by this renowned choir from Alabama
Temple Square Performances is privileged to present The Auburn United Methodist Church Chancel Choir from Auburn, Alabama. This accomplished choir will perform a concert of sacred and inspirational music entitled "Music of Hope and Inspiration" on Sunday, June 5. The choir is excited to perform inspirational works including "When You Believe" from "Prince of Egypt," "You'll Never Walk Alone" with "Climb Every Mountain," by Mark Hayes, "Music in the Air" arranged by Ryan Murphy and "Battle Hymn of the Republic" arranged by Wilhousky. Sacred favorites will include arrangements by Mack Wilberg such as "High on the Mountain Top," "How Firm a Foundation," and "It Is Well With My Soul." The Auburn UMC Chancel Choir has been privileged to perform in Carnegie Hall and Lincoln Century in New York City, Kennedy Center and Auburn, AL under the direction of Dr. Craig Jessop, and will appear in London in May of 2023.
