Become a member of the professional association(s) relevant to you. Member dues fund programs that build the capacity in your cultural genre - be it museums, libraries, art, music, theater, film, etc.

Introduce yourself and your organization to your county commissioners. Help them understand how your organization impacts the community.

DAY 44| THU, MAR 4
Create or revise your plan to gather stories of how you fulfill your mission. Use these stories to help others understand your positive impact on the community.

DAY 45 | FRI, MAR 5
Schedule a monthly meeting to work on your advocacy efforts. Involve your colleagues to ensure the whole organization is represented.
