National Art & History Month Proclamation

Salt Lake County Arts & Culture, Salt Lake County ZAP, and UCA ask all of Salt Lake's cultural industry to attend the following: the SL County Mayor and County Council are releasing a joint proclamation in support of the cultural industry on October 25th at 4pm at the SL County Council Chambers (2001 South State Street, north building, and the formal chambers are the large auditorium on your immediate left when you enter from the parking lot).

We encourage the entire cultural industry and especially ZAP recipients to attend this proclamation to demonstrate the broad and diverse range of cultural organizations that reside within Salt Lake County. This will help show the public and our elected officials how important support for our cultural industry is.

We thank the Mayor, County Council, and particularly Council Chair Stringham for supporting the cultural industry. They understand that our industry's purpose of solving complex problems through creativity is vital to the success of Salt Lake County.
