Celebrate the Moon Festival with dance, music, and moon cake. Celebrate the 70th national day of China.

September 13th, 2019 is the Moon Festival or Mid-Autumn Festival, which is on the 15th day of the lunar calendar. October 1st is the National Day of the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China. In order to celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival, the Utah Chinese Civic Center, the Chinese Association for Science and Technology in Utah, the Confucius Institute at the University of Utah and many other non-profit organizations in the Chinese Community will hold an event at West High School at 7:00 pm on September 21st. The Auditorium is located at 241 N 300 W, Salt Lake City, UT 84103, 2 blocks north of the Utah Jazz home. There will be performance with instrumental music, songs, dance. It is free admission, free parking (the school has a large number of parking spaces). The organizing committee will present moon cakes. It doesn't matter if you don't drive. You can take TRAX to the event location. For those live far from Salt Lake City, it's convenient to take the Front Runner to TRAX stations.
