TO BE HONORED
The Festival will also be saluting the forty-year tenure of Executive Director R. Scott Phillips, who will be retiring at the end of February. Phillips' time at the Festival began in 1977, when he was hired as the first full-time employee. During his tenure, he held positions of marketing director, managing director, interim Festival director, and executive director.
