ARTLandish | Guillermo Galindo: Sonic Border

Experimental composer Guillermo Galindo will give a live musical performance based on a collaborative project that involves fabricating musical instruments and graphic musical scores from items recovered at the U.S.-Mexico border. 
 
Galindo will perform at 7 pm and then discuss his work, followed by a Q&A with the audience. After the presentation he will sign copies of Border Cantos, his collaborative book project with photographer Richard Misrach. Copies of the book will be available for purchase.
