For kids ages 6 - 11.
Join us for creative and fun-filled art lessons in drawing, painting, sculpture, mixed media, and more! Kids learn skills to build their confidence and imagination in art by developing techniques taught by trained Kimball Art Center instructors while working on inspiring art lessons. This program is for kids who are enthusiastic about art and excited to explore a variety of art media! It is also created for the busy parent who may not be available to drive their art student to the KAC for an art class. Convenience is key! All art materials will be included. Limit of 10 artsy kids per school. $240 for the 8-week session

This workshop is for students 21+. ID required.
Support local business and enjoy a creative night out at our Local's Special: Screen Printing & Wine Drinking Workshop. Alex and Jesse will host students at their shop/studio on Main St., where they produce screen printed goods, including t-shirts, posters, totes and more. Choose from one of their original Park City designs, or email an image that you would like to print, and they will teach you how to screen print a unique image onto a t-shirt or poster. If you choose to BYO image, please email your image at least 24 hrs in advance to [email protected]. Photos must be black and white and other graphics must be one color. High-res photoshop, illustrator, jpg, or pdf files will all work! Can't make it? We are offering this workshop once a month over the fall semester so everyone can give it a try and enjoy!

PHOTO WOOD TRANSFER
Workshop for Teens/Tweens

Join Rebekah in learning how to turn digital photography into awesome pieces of visual art. Students will practice the process of transferring photo images onto wood, while also gaining knowledge in digital photography skills. Rebekah will take students to local parks (walking or using city bus transit) to get experience in the field, taking pictures of the beautiful fall landscapes of park city. Students can also bring a photo they want to transfer to class with them. Students will walk away from class with new digital photography skills and one of their awesome photos printed and displayed on a unique medium.

If you have ever seen sparks flying and wondered what those folks were doing, this class will answer your questions and give you the metalworking itch, guaranteed! Students will have the opportunity to learn the basics of metalworking and metal sculpture design. We will be using MIG welders, Oxygen/Acetylene torches, Plasma Cutters, Grinders, Shapers, Cut-off tools, and anything we can find laying around to bend, shape or mold our ideas into art. This class is also open for teens ages 14+, who can handle a more advanced class setting.

PUMPKIN PATCH
PINCH POTS

$25. Materials included.
Tots have fun making their own pumpkin patch pinch pots in this class. Cameron will lead a demonstration on how to use your hands to make a pinch pot with a lid, and then show how it can transform into a mini pumpkin! Due to drying and firing times, pottery will be ready to pick up 10-12 days after the class.
