OUR 5 TH ANNUAL FREE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL TOUR
WHICH INCLUDES SEVEN PUBLIC PERFORMANCES
Five-year- old JJ (who has lots of questions) and eight-year- old Izzy (a
know-it- all who doesn’t know it all) are siblings who have recently lost their
grandmother. They embark on a funny and touching hero’s journey to try to
make sense of loss, grief, death and life. From the author of MARRY
CHRISTMAS and BASED ON A TRUE STORY.
Featuring Ashley Marian Ramos as Izzy and Benjamin Young as JJ.

RIVER.SWAMP.CAVE.MOUNTAIN. runs 35 minutes, including a brief post-
show discussion. The play was crreated specifically for grades K-3 and their
teachers and families and is accessible to 4-year- olds. Developed in
partnership with The Sharing Place and funded in part by an Art Works
grant from the National Endowment for the Arts.

FREE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL TOUR
Plan-B’s Free Elementary School Tour will serve 15,000 K-3 students at 40
schools in 10 counties – from Weber in the north to Garfield in the south –
from October 13-November 17, 2017.
The Tour provides free, in-school performance, exposing elementary
students to live theatre—many for the first time—and encourages pre­ and
