Dear Community Members:

The Utah Council for Citizen Diplomacy (UCCD) has an exciting opportunity that we want to make you aware of. One of our partner agencies in Washington, DC, World Learning, is looking for organizations that are interested in a new program through the U.S. Department of State called Communities Connecting Heritage. The program will connect US-based organizations with like-minded organizations abroad to work on a collaborative cultural heritage preservation project initially using virtual exchange, then culminating in a public exhibition and physical exchange to each other’s countries. See the one-pager attached for more information about the program.

Interested candidates should fill out this short five-question Inquiry Form as soon as possible to receive the online application. Inquiries will be accepted on a rolling basis, but the deadline to submit the online application is January 27, 2017

If selected, UCCD will work closely with you to assist in the physical exchange portion of the project.

Please share this opportunity with any one in your network that you think will be interested. Best of luck!  We hope to see an organization be selected for this inaugural program!

For more information, please visit the program webpage or write to [email protected]

Thank you,

Allison
