REGISTER TODAY! Fly with the Flock 5K Trail Run / 2.5K Kids Run and Pancake Breakfast at the Ogden Nature Center

Registration is now open for the Ogden Nature Center’s 5K Trail Run & Pancake Breakfast slated for Saturday, May 13.

Runners and families are invited to enjoy the great outdoors and a lively morning at the Ogden Nature Center. Whether running or walking, this route will be filled with surprises and topped off with a pancake breakfast at the end of the run. 
 
The 5K course is two laps winding through 152 acres on dirt trails. Children under 12 can run a 2.5K and young children can participate in a free, 100-foot kids dash with tree-cookie medals for every child who participates. Please note: walkers will not be timed for medals, but are welcome and encouraged to participate.  
 
The Ogden Nature Center staff will be on hand to introduce live birds of prey and other native animals. Union Grill will cater a delicious pancake breakfast with coffee by Grounds For Coffee. Awards, prizes and kids activities will follow the race on the back lawn of the Visitor Center.
 
Cost:
$23 adults / $14 kids 12 and under (early registration)
$28 adults / $16 kids 12 and under (after April 23)
 
Important dates & times:
• Now through April 23 – early registration online, by phone, by mail or in person at the Ogden Nature Center
• April 24 and after – late registration
• May 12 – registration packets may be picked up the day before the race at the Ogden Nature Center from 9 am – 4 pm
• May 13 – Trail Run!  Day of registration at 6:30 am / Race begins at 8 am
 
Please dress appropriately.  The Trail Run will be held rain or shine.  All proceeds will directly benefit the Ogden Nature Center.
