Museum Grant Webinar: January 10th

Join UDAM staff to hear about the new changes to our  FY18 Museum Grants.* This will be the last webinar before the grants are due on January 27th, so register today to let us know you're joining! We will discuss: 
  • Changes to our tiered grant system, including our move to general operating support 
  • Changes to museum eligibility
  • Our State Performance Goal requirements
  • And answer any of your questions that you may have 
*Art Museums that qualify for Sustainability Grants are not affected by these changes

Upcoming Workshop: Museum Volunteer Training and Management 

WhenWednesday, March 15, 2017 & Wednesday, April 12th, 2017 
Where: Southern Utah Museum of Art (SUMA), Cedar City 

This two-part workshop series will provide training to museum staff, volunteer, and volunteer coordinators on effective volunteer management and recruiting. Upon completion of the program, participants can expect to assess volunteer needs and match them with the goals of the museum in addition to developing relevant volunteer roles and opportunities to address critical needs at your museum.

Become a Grant Panelist 
Ever wondered what it's like to serve on a UDAM Grants Panel? All our agency's grants are reviewed by a community committee; panelists get to learn about the great museums, arts organizations, schools, and folk artists that call Utah home. While serving on a grant panel, you will get to meet others who are invested in supporting Utah’s vibrant museum and arts community while learning how our grants process works.
