The Gina Bachauer International Piano Foundation is pleased to announce the XVII Gina Bachauer International Artists Piano Competition, to be held June 10 – June 23, 2018 in Salt Lake City, Utah, marking 42 years of the Bachauer inviting the world’s most elite pianists to compete for cash, prizes, and fame.   After performing in Preliminary Rounds in one of four international cities, 36 pianists ages 19-32 will compete in Salt Lake City for more than $105,000 US in prizes.
