The Long Walk

Experience the Western USA Premiere of this moving new opera.

March 31 & April 1, 2017 / 7:30 PM / Jeanne Wagner Theatre

Opera becomes overwhelmingly personal in this contemporary story of a family coping with their father and husband’s journey when he comes home from the Iraq War and transitions back into his family's life. This modern-day opera examines the humanity and compassion within us all when faced with extraordinary circumstances, and the undeniable bonds of love forged by family.
