Professional Development Support
The Division of Arts & Museums now offers professional development support for key board members, staff, or volunteers to attend training and workshops. Scholarship requests must be received as part of an application, found here. We will reimburse approved applications up to $200 for the cost of registration for these trainings.
Join us to learn about and discuss the varieties of hazardous materials that could be lurking in your very own collections. Attendees will identify potential hazards common in different types of museum collections, learn a bit about how to mitigate those hazards, and will leave with lots of resources and opportunities for further learning on this topic. Don't be scared! RSVP today!
