Good Morning,

The Choral Arts Society of Utah, Sterling Poulson, Music Director, is once again partnering with the University of Utah School of Music, under the direction of Dr. Barlow Bradford, Director of Choral Activities, and the Ellen Neilson Barnes Presidential Endowed Chair for Choral Studies. Graduate students in this program are afforded the opportunity to work with our 100-voice choir in the preparation and presentation of required choral recitals.

This year’s spring concert features a recital prepared by Brett Rasmussen. The concert features Bob Chilcott’s “A Little Jazz Mass,” composed for the 2004 Crescent City Choral Festival in New Orleans.   The concert also features exciting choral arrangements by Dr. Barlow Bradford and Mack Wilberg.

The concert will be performed at the University of Utah’s Libby Gardner Concert Hall, 1375 Presidents Cir, Salt Lake City, UT 84112, Salt Lake City, UT, on Monday, March 27, 2017, at 7:30 p.m.   Admission to the concert is free and open to children 8 years of age and older.  For more information call 801.363.9708 or email [email protected]

Additional concert details are included in the attached press release and official concert poster.   Please contact me at the number below if you would like to set up an interview with the concert guest conductor or the Choral Arts Society of Utah's music director.
